My RSL Unified team played its final game of the season following the Decision Day match with RSLvSKC. Both Unified teams played well, and we won with penalty kicks 4-2 following a tie, so RSL Unified remains undefeated after claiming our final season win over Sporting KC Unified.

I joined the inaugural team in April 2016.  Playing our last game a year and a half later was exciting, but also a little sad.  It has been a really good experience.  My team played against Colorado Rapids and Sporting Kansas City.  My team members have traveled to play in the MLS All-Star Games.  I became a Special Olympics Ambassador and have spoken at schools about what it means to be inclusive, and about being part of the Unified program.

My team mates are now good friends.
