Room was really sad. If you saw the movie a mom and her son are stuck in a room for 7 years (which is a long time). The mom knows they are trapped there, but the boy calls the space Room and does not realize that there is a world outside of its walls.  In Room they did not have that much to eat and had to share a bed, a bath, and all that stuff. At some point they escape from the room and their captor, and must go into a much larger world.
